NOTE: COOKE TIMES DEPEND ON DESIRED RESULTS
Low: 7 Hours / High 4 hours – Ribs that are tender but stay on the bone.
Low: 9 hours / High 4-5 hours – Ribs that fall apart in your hands.

2-3lbs. – ¼ jar Henrietta’s Slow Cooker Sauce
4 lbs. – ¼ – ½ jar Henrietta’s Slow Cooker Sauce

1. Remove inner membrane from ribs – At the end of the rack, use a fork and slide the fork under the membrane at the end of the rack. Lift the membrane up enough to grab the end with a paper towel. Grab hold of the edge and pull off.
2. Place the ribs and Henrietta’s slow cooker sauce in the slow cooker bowl and let the slow cooker do all the cooking for you.
3. Once you have reached desired result, gently remove ribs and place them on to an oven tray. Lift them carefully as the meat is tender and can fall off the bone.
4. Pour a desired portion of the juice from the crockpot into a bowl and add more Henrietta’s sauce.
5. Baste ribs with sauce and broil in a preheated oven (400 F) for about 10 minutes or until ribs begin to caramelize. You can also gently place on a grill for same results. Grill until sauce begins to boil or caramelize.
6. Serve ribs with remaining sauce.
